Applicants will then go through our advanced screening process, which uses industry-best technology to screen each applicant properly. Most of our tenants pay their monthly rent through our 24/7 Online Tenant Portal. We track incoming rent payments for each property through an automated process. If you or we notice any delay, we stay on top of it and immediately contact the tenant.
